CUSTOM Homes
Benecki Homes has been crafting luxury custom homes in Atlanta and the Florida Panhandle for 25 years. We work with clients whose vision aligns with our philosophy that the home is nothing short of an art form. The trust built between client and builder is paramount. We build relationships with our clients and develop a shared vision of the home, leading to a dream only realized together.
While we can engage a client at any stage, we have a proven and preferred process to build homes for our clients. We collaborate with the architect, landplanner, craftsmen, interior designer and specifier to make a smooth building process for our homeowner. This team process ensures every detail is properly executed to exceed our homeowner’s expectations.
We also keep our homeowners abreast of the timeline, key milestones, and change orders that maybe required during the build. We ensure a smooth and transparent process to deliver a home to our client.
TEAM
Stan Benecki leads the team with over 30 years of luxury real estate development experience. He holds a Real Estate Finance degree from the Benecki School of Real Estate Studies at Indiana University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Vern Vanderkleed has been an integral part of the Benecki team for over 20 years. He oversees all of the construction and design aspects for the company. Vern holds a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
Jeff Mitchell leads our custom homes business. He oversees all of our custom home projects and works with clients to ensure a smooth and transparent home building process. Jeff holds an MBA from Duke University and has 10+ years of project management experience.
